CERTAIN EVENTS OF DEFAULT; REMEDIES. Section 1. So long as any bonds of the New Series remain outstanding, in case one or more of the following events shall happen, such events shall, in addition to the events of default heretofore enumerated in paragraphs (a) throughout (d) of Section 2 of Article VIII of the Mortgage, constitute an "event of default" under the Mortgage, as fully as if such events were enumerated therein:
