Common use of Certain Events Clause in Contracts

Each Stockholder agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agrees that this Agreement and the obligations hereunder shall attach to all Stockholder the Subject Shares and shall be binding upon any person or entity to which legal or beneficial ownership of such Stockholder the Subject Shares shall pass, whether by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation the Stockholder's administrators, successors or receivers.

Certain Events.
