Certain Expenses of Landlord. Any out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Landlord for purposes of considering or acting upon any request for consent or waiver under, or modification of, any of the provisions of this Lease, including reasonable attorney's fees, shall be promptly reimbursed by Tenant upon Landlord's request.
