Common use of Certain Expenses of the Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Certain Expenses of the Indenture Trustee. The Depositor will reimburse the Indenture Trustee and any successor Indenture Trustee for any expenses associated with the replacement of the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 6.8 of the Indenture to the extent such amounts have not been otherwise paid pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Indenture.

Certain Expenses of the Indenture Trustee. The Depositor will reimburse (a) the Indenture Trustee and any successor Indenture Trustee for any expenses associated with the replacement of the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 6.8 of the Indenture and (b) the Owner Trustee and any successor Owner Trustee for any expenses associated with the replacement of the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 9.2 of this Agreement, in each case, to the extent such amounts have not been otherwise paid pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Indenture.
