Certain Indebtedness Agreements. Prior to the Closing, the Company shall use reasonable best efforts to, and shall cause each applicable Seller Party to use reasonable best efforts to, (i) retrieve and provide to the Buyer true, correct and complete copies of all documentation relating to the Specified Debentures and, (ii) in the event such Specified Debentures remain outstanding, repay, discharge in full or terminate the Specified Debentures (including by obtaining a release of any Lien thereunder).
