Certain Information and Notices to the Agent with Respect to Letters of Credit. (1) Each Fronting Lender (other than the Fronting Lender which is the Agent) shall forthwith advise the Agent of any payment under, or cancellation of (whether full or partial), any Letter of Credit issued by such Fronting Lender pursuant hereto.
