CERTAIN INFORMATION TO BE MADE AVAILABLE. For the purpose of permitting Unitholders to satisfy any reporting requirements of applicable federal or state tax law, the Evaluator shall make available to the Trustee and the Trustee shall transmit to any Unitholder upon request any evaluations pursuant to Section 4.01 which concern the Trust Fund in which such Unitholder holds Units.
