Except as otherwise provided herein, all payments required to be made under or pursuant to this Agreement will be made in United States dollars and all references to amounts herein will be to United States dollars. The Exhibits and Schedules are a part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. All references herein to Sections, subsections, clauses, Exhibits and Schedules will be deemed references to such parts of this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires.
