Certain Interpretive Matters and Definitions. (i) Unless the context of this Agreement otherwise requires, (A) the terms “hereof,” “herein,” “hereby” and derivative or similar words refer to this entire Agreement and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; and (B) the term “Section” without any reference to a specified document refer to the specified Section of this Agreement.
