After the Closing Date, any items (other than those issued by the federal, state or local government or any related entity) that were credited for deposit to an account at the Branch Office prior to the Closing Date and are returned unpaid and any checks issued by the federal, state, or local government or any related entity that were credited for deposit to an account at the Branch Office prior to the Closing Date and are returned unpaid ("Returned Items") will be handled in the following manner:
