Certain Legal Assurances. If required by the Manager, the prospective Additional Member must provide evidence satisfactory to the Manager that admission of the prospective Member will not violate any applicable securities law, cause a termination of the Company under applicable provisions of the Code, or alter the status of any tax election made by the Company.
