Certain Matters Concerning a Member. (a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the Bankruptcy of a Member shall not cause such Member to cease to be a Member of the Company, and upon the occurrence of such an event, the business of the Company shall continue without dissolution. (b) The dissolution, liquidation or termination of a Member shall not cause the termination or dissolution of the Company, and the business of the Company shall continue without dissolution.
