Certain Matters Relating to FHA Insurance. a. In the event the Company and the successor Servicer, if any, shall fail to pay all FHA Insurance premiums with respect to the FHA-Insured Contracts required by FHA Regulations, the Trustee shall pay such FHA Insurance premiums and shall be entitled to reimbursement for such amounts pursuant to Section 8.04(b)(9).
