Certain Matters Relating to the Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans and the Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loans. (a) In the event that any of the applicable Non-Serviced Trustee, the applicable Non-Serviced Master Servicer or the applicable Non-Serviced Special Servicer shall be replaced in accordance with the terms of the applicable Non-Serviced PSA, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall acknowledge its successor as the successor to the applicable Non-Serviced Trustee, the applicable Non-Serviced Master Servicer or the applicable Non-Serviced Special Servicer, as the case may be.
