Certain Matters Relating to the Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans. (a) In the event that any of the trustee, master servicer or special servicer under any Non-Serviced Pooling Agreement shall be replaced in accordance with the terms of such Non-Serviced Pooling Agreement, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall acknowledge its successor as the successor to such trustee, master servicer or special servicer, as the case may be.
