Certain Obligations Continue. During the Marketing Period, the obligation of the Lessee to pay Rent shall continue undiminished until payment in full to the Lessor of the Contingent Rental Adjustment and all other amounts due to the Lessor by Lessee under the Operative Documents to which the Lessee is a party. The Lessor shall have the right, but shall be under no duty, to solicit bids, to inquire into the efforts of the Lessee to obtain bids or otherwise to take action in connection with any such sale, other than as expressly provided in this Article XXIV.

The Lessor shall have the right, but shall be under no duty, to solicit bids, to inquire into the efforts of the Lessee to obtain bids or otherwise to take action in connection with any such sale, other than as expressly provided in this Article XXIVXXII.

During the Marketing Period, the obligation obligations of the Lessee Lessees to pay Rent with respect to each Property leased by such Lessee (including the installment of Rent due on the Expiration Date) shall continue undiminished until payment in full to the Lessor of the Contingent Rental Adjustment Loan Balance and all other amounts due to the Lessor by Lessee Participants with respect to the Properties under the Operative Documents to which the any Lessee is a party. The Lessor shall have the right, but shall be under no duty, to solicit bids, to inquire into the efforts of the Remarketing Lessee to obtain bids or otherwise to take action in connection with any such sale, other than as expressly provided in this Article XXIV.
