Certain Obligations Continue. During the period following Lessee's exercise of the Sale Option and until and including the Lease Expiration Date, the obligation of the Lessee to pay Rent with respect to the Items of Equipment (including the installment of Rent due on the Lease Expiration Date) shall continue undiminished. The Lessor shall have the right, but shall be under no duty, to solicit bids, to inquire into the efforts of the Lessee to obtain bids or otherwise to take action in connection with any such sale, other than as expressly provided in this Article XV.
