Certain Obligations Upon Termination of Employment. When your employment ends for any reason, you agree to immediately deliver to Catalina all documents, including, but not limited to, data, drawings, customer lists, pricing schedules, budgets, forecasts, financial information, manuals, letters, notes, reports, and copies, computer or other security passwords, and other materials that came into your possession through your association with Catalina.
