Certain Other Administrative Matters. The Administrative Agent may cause any of the Pledged Collateral to be transferred into its name or into the name of its nominee or nominees (subject to the revocable rights specified in this Section 6). The Administrative Agent shall at all times have the right to exchange uncertificated Pledged Collateral for certificated Pledged Collateral, and to exchange certificated Pledged Collateral for certificates of larger or smaller denominations, for any purpose consistent with this Agreement.

Certain Other Administrative Matters. The Administrative Agent may cause any of the Pledged Collateral to be transferred into its name or into the name of its nominee or nominees (subject to the revocable rights specified in this Section 65). The Administrative Agent shall at all times have the right to exchange uncertificated Pledged Collateral for certificated Pledged Collateral, and to exchange certificated Pledged Collateral for certificates of larger or smaller denominations, for any purpose consistent with this Agreement.

The Administrative Agent shall at all times have the right to exchange uncertificated Pledged Collateral for certificated Pledged Collateral, and to exchange certificated Pledged Collateral for certificates of larger or smaller denominations, for any purpose consistent with this Agreement.
