Certain Other Agreements. (a) Secured Party agrees that copies of all Notices of Exclusive Control given hereunder or in connection herewith by Secured Party to Depository Bank shall be delivered substantially simultaneously to Depositor, and Depositor agrees that the failure of Secured Party to provide any such copy shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of such notice.
