CERTAIN OTHER RELATED MATTERS. 7.1 In order that the public be given access to the safety information pertaining to BMS-201,038, BMS will publish on the internet, thereby putting into the public domain (a) substantially all of the documents included in BMS’s Investigational New Drug Application (“IND”) for BMS-201,038 filed with the Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) and (b) all other, if any, relevant safety information not reflected in such documents.
