Common use of CERTAIN OTHER RELATIONSHIPS Clause in Contracts

CERTAIN OTHER RELATIONSHIPS. MMC, the General Partner, the Manager, each Senior Principal, and any of their respective Affiliates, or any subset of the foregoing, may organize or sponsor, private investment funds, including, without limitation, funds having primary investment objectives and policies substantially the same as those of the Partnership. Other than as expressly contemplated herein, this Agreement shall not restrict or limit the activities of MMC, the General Partner, the Manager, any Senior Principal or any of their respective Affiliates.

CERTAIN OTHER RELATIONSHIPS. MMC, the General Partner, the Manager, each Senior Principal, and any of their respective AffiliatesAffiliates may organize, sponsor or any subset of the foregoing, may organize or sponsormanage, private investment funds, including, without limitation, funds having primary investment objectives and policies substantially the same as those of the Partnership.
