Certain Other Required Notices. (i) None of the Board of Directors, the Special Committee, any of the Company’s Subsidiaries or any of their respective Representatives, shall take any of the actions referred to in Section 6.03(c) unless the Company shall have delivered to Parent a prior written notice advising Parent that it intends to take such action, and, after taking any action referred to in Section 6.03(c), the Company shall continue to advise Parent on a reasonably current basis of the status and terms of any discussions and negotiations with the Third Party.
