Certain Permitted Modifications. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 12.4, Borrower and Administrative Agent and/or Hermes Agent may (but shall have no obligation to) amend or supplement the Credit Documents or an Equipment Supplier Disbursement Certificate without the consent of any Lender for the purpose of (a) curing any ambiguity, defect or inconsistency and (b) making any change that would provide any additional rights or benefits to the Lenders.
