Certain Phrases. In this Agreement: (a) words importing the singular number (including defined terms) also include the plural and vice versa and words importing any gender include all genders and, in each case, the rest of any sentence including such words is to be construed as if the necessary grammatical changes had been made; (b) the terms “including”, “include” and “includes” mean “including (or include or includes), without limiting the generality of the foregoing”;
