CERTAIN PROMISES CONCERNING THE EVENT ARE EXCLUDED. 6.1 No warranty re success of the Event (a) the number and types of the businesses, products or services that will be exhibited or otherwise promoted at the Event; (b) the number of persons who shall attend the Event, their seniority or status, or the nature of the businesses they may represent; and/or (c) the number or value of sales leads that the Exhibitor may obtain as a result of its Exhibition. Any predictions We may make or have made concerning the Event, or information or statistics that We may provide or have provided concerning previous events, are/were provided in good faith, but they are not binding upon Us. The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that it has not relied and does not rely on such predictions, statistics or information.
