Certain Provisions Controlled by this Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision of an Account Agreement to the contrary, except as provided above in Section 2.17.4(a) hereof, the provisions of this Agreement shall control any Account Agreement to the extent that an Account Agreement may be inconsistent with this Agreement.
