Certain Provisions Survive Expiration and Termination. The provisions of this Agreement pertaining to insurance, releases, indemnification, payments to the City, and liability shall survive the expiration of the term of this Agreement and termination of this Agreement and continue in effect for a period of five years following the termination of this Agreement and for such further time as it may take to completely and finally negotiate, settle, or litigate any claim or suit concerning the same.
