Certain Purchases and Sales. The Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates may at any time acquire in open market transactions, private transactions or otherwise, some or all of the Securities; provided that prior to any acquisition of any Securities, the Company must publicly disclose the amount of Securities which it has been authorized to acquire and the Company must report in its quarterly reports the amount of Securities it has been authorized to acquire as well as the amount of Securities it has acquired as of the end of such quarterly period reported in such quarterly report.
