Certain Ratified Actions. Without in any way limiting the generality of anything contained in this Agreement, the execution, delivery and performance by the Company of each of the Transactions (as defined in the Investment Agreement) contemplated by the Investment Agreement, including the Debt Financing (as defined therein), and any documents or instruments in connection therewith are hereby authorized, ratified and approved in all respects and the Officers of the Company are hereby authorized to execute deliver and perform the Transactions and any documents or instruments in connection therewith.
Certain Ratified Actions.
