Certain Representative Powers; Other Activities. (a) In the performance of the Services, Foreside may use the name of the Client and sign any necessary letters or other documents for and on behalf of the Client provided such letters or other documents are necessary to execute the Services in this agreement and prior verbal approval has been received from an Authorized Person of the Client.
