Certain Rights of Security Agent and Pledgors. (a) During an Event of Default, the Security Agent may, and is hereby authorized to, transfer into or register in its name or the name of its nominee any or all of the Collateral and after a notice to each applicable Pledgor that it intends to exercise its rights under this Section 3.04, may, from time to time, in its own or such Pledgor’s name, exercise any and all rights, powers and privileges with respect to the Collateral, and with the same force and effect, as could such Pledgor.
