Common use of Certain Rights of the Certificate Insurer Clause in Contracts

Certain Rights of the Certificate Insurer. By accepting its Certificate, each Holder of a Class A Certificate agrees that unless a Certificate Insurer Default exists, the Certificate Insurer shall have the right to exercise all rights of the Class A Certificateholders (except as provided in Section 11.01), including but not limited to the following rights, without any consent of the Holders of Offered Certificates:
