In this Agreement: (a) the division into articles and sections and the insertion of headings and a table of contents in any Loan Document are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of the Loan Document; (b) unless specified otherwise or the context otherwise requires, in any Loan Document: (i) “the aggregate of”, “the total of”, “the sum of”, or a phrase of similar meaning means “the aggregate (or total or sum), without duplication, of”; and (ii) all references to specific times are references to Toronto, Ontario time.
