Certain Sections Sample Clauses
The "Certain Sections" clause identifies specific parts of an agreement that are subject to particular terms, conditions, or exceptions. In practice, this clause may reference sections that remain in effect after termination, are excluded from amendments, or are governed by special rules. Its core function is to clearly delineate which provisions are treated differently, thereby ensuring clarity and preventing misunderstandings about the applicability or survival of certain contractual terms.
