Common use of Certain Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Certain Subsidiaries. If any Subsidiary Guarantor is a subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor but not a Subsidiary of the Company, then, unless and until such Subsidiary Guarantor is released from such subsidiary guarantee of the Notes, such Subsidiary Guarantor and its subsidiaries shall be treated as if they were Subsidiaries of the Company for all purposes under the Indenture, including for purposes of the provisions described in Section 3.01 and Section 3.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.
