Certain Termination Events Within One Year Following a Change of Control. If the Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated within one (1) year following a Change of Control (A) by the Company without Cause, (B) due to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term as a result of the Company’s non-renewal of the Agreement, or (C) because the Executive resigns for Good Reason, in each case, the Executive shall be entitled to receive solely the following, in addition to the Accrued Rights:
