Certain Terminations During a Change in Control Period. Subject to reduction required by Section 5(g) or Section 7 or Section 12, in the event a Change in Control occurs and you terminate your employment for Good Reason during a Change in Control Period, or the Company (including any successor entity) terminates your employment without Cause (and for reason other than Death or Total Disability) during a Change in Control Period, the Company shall, subject to your execution of the Release (as defined in this Section 6), pay the following amounts to you:
