Certain Terms Used in the Account Control Agreement. As between the parties hereto, it is agreed that references in the Account Control Agreement to “enforcement event” and “loan documents” shall be construed respectively as references to “Enforcement Event” and “Loan Documents” as such terms are defined herein and in the Credit Agreement.
