Certain Third Party Fees. To the extent not paid by the Owner with respect to any Bond Mortgage Loan, the Sponsor shall pay from the sources and in the priority established in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and Section 4.03 of the Series Certificate Agreement the regular, ongoing fees due from time to time to the Bond Trustee and the rebate analyst appointed under the Indenture, as applicable, to the party entitled to payment thereof when such payment is due.
