Certain Transfer Obligations. Without limitation of other obligations of the Manager with respect to the Transfer Agreement, the Manager agrees to cause the Company to comply with its obligations under the Transfer Agreement with respect to preparing, furnishing, executing and recording transfer documents with respect to the Assets (including special warranty deeds to convey the real property subject to any contract for deed and any Acquired Property to the Company). Any title curative work with respect to such Assets will be at the Company’s sole expense, provided that, as set forth in Section 4.10 of the Transfer Agreement, such expense will constitute a Pre-Approved Charge.
