CERTAIN TRANSFEREES. Prior to the effective date of registration of the IHS Stock, Seller shall not transfer any shares of IHS Stock to any person or entity except as expressly permitted by this Agreement and unless such transferee shall have agreed in writing to be bound by the provisions applicable to the Seller under this Article 7.
