Certain Transfers and Exchanges. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement or the Preferred Securities, transfers and exchanges of Preferred Securities and beneficial interests in a Global Certificate of the kinds specified in this Section 5.4(b) shall be made only in accordance with this Section 5.4(b).
