Certain Transfers and Exchanges. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Indenture or the Notes, transfers and exchanges of Notes and beneficial interests in a Global Note shall be made only in accordance with this subsection 305(b). Transfers and exchanges subject to this subsection 305(b) shall also be subject to the other provisions of this Indenture that are not inconsistent with this subsection 305(b).
