Any term used in this Agreement or in any financing statement filed in connection herewith which is defined in the UCC and not otherwise defined in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document shall have the meaning given to the term in the UCC, including, without limitation, Accession, Account Debtor, Chattel Paper, Account, Commercial Tort Claim, Deposit Account, Document, Electronic Chattel Paper, Equipment, Fixture, Instrument, Inventory, Investment Property, Letter-of-Credit Right, Proceeds, Supporting Obligation, and Tangible Chattel Paper.
