As used herein, the terms “Accession”, “Account”, “As-Extracted Collateral”, “Chattel Paper”, “Commodity Account”, “Commodity Contract”, “Deposit Account”, “Commercial Tort Claim”, “Document”, “Electronic Chattel Paper”, “Equipment”, “Fixture”, “General Intangible”, “Goods”, “Instrument”, “Inventory”, “Investment Property”, “Letter-of-Credit Right”, “Motor Vehicle”, “Payment Intangible”, “Proceeds”, “Promissory Note” and “Software” have the respective meanings set forth in Article 9 of the UCC, and the terms “Certificated Security”, “Financial Asset”, “Securities Account”, “Securities Intermediary”, “Security”, “Security Certificate”, “Security Entitlement” and “Software” have the respective meanings set forth in Article 8 of the UCC.
