Certain Uniform Commercial Code Terms. As used herein, the terms “Account”, “Chattel Paper”, “Deposit Accounts”, “Document”, “Equipment”, “General Intangible”, “Instrument”, “Inventory”, “Investment Property”, “Letter-of-Credit Right”, “Commercial Tort Claims” and “Proceeds” have the respective meanings set forth in Article 9 of the UCC, and the terms “Entitlement Holder”, “Financial Asset” and “Securities Account” have the respective meanings set forth in Article 8 of the UCC.
