Certain Usages. From and after the date herof, each reference to the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement in the Agreement, in the Note and in the other agreements, documents or instruments referred to or provided for in or delivered under the Agreement or the Note shall be deemed to refer to Agreement, as amended hereby.

From and after the Effective Date, each reference to the Existing Agreement in the Existing Agreement or in other agreements, documents or instruments referred to or provided for in or delivered under the Existing Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Existing Agreement, as amended hereby.
Certain Usages. From and after the Effective Date, each reference to the Credit Agreement in the agreements, documents or instruments referred to or provided for in or delivered under the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby.

Certain Usages. From and after the Effective Date, each reference to the Existing Agreement, Pledge Agreement or the Revolving Credit Note in the Existing Agreement, the Pledge Agreement and the other agreements, documents or instruments referred to or provided for in or delivered under the Existing Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Existing Agreement and Pledge Agreement, each as amended hereby, and the Revolving Credit Note as amended by the Restated Note, respectively.
Certain Usages. The term “person” includes natural persons and all forms of legal entities.

(c) the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder” and similar words refer to this Agreement; and
(d) the captions and headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not expand, limit or otherwise affect the provisions of this Agreement or the interpretation or applicability of such provisions.
