Certain Waivers as to Section. 1111(b)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code. Each Junior-Priority Collateral Agent, for itself and on behalf of the other Junior-Priority Secured Parties with respect to which such Junior-Priority Collateral Agent is acting as Agent, waives any claim any such Junior-Priority Secured Party may hereafter have against any Senior-Priority Secured Party arising out of the election by any Senior-Priority Secured Party of the application of Section 1111(b)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, or any comparable provision of any other Bankruptcy Law.
