Certain Waivers of the Guarantor. The Guarantor hereby waives: (a) promptness, diligence, notice of acceptance and any other notice with respect to any of the Seller Obligations and this Agreement, except notices to the Guarantor specifically provided in this Agreement, and (b) any requirement that the Depositor or any Other Beneficiary secure, perfect or insure any security interest or exhaust any right or take any action against the Guarantor, the Seller or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, any other obligor or guarantor) or any collateral securing the Seller Obligations.
